Microsoft will soon be forcing people to upgrade their computer hardware in order to operate on the latest Windows operating system. This week David Leavitt talks about how crazy it is to spend all of that money on a new computer that will last the next 6 to 8 years when you can buy a refurbished Refresh Computer for 1/4 of the cost - and it will also be good for the next 6 to 8 years.
